Just had our van repaired and can not recommend these guys enough. Outstanding service, Kev, Josh and the Team are honest, reliable, reasonably priced and they really do go the extra mile. All covid guidelines were adhered to, there was a screen on reception and hand wipes and sanitiser and they used seat covers and gloves. We wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else.

Absolutely fantastic service. The price as well is about as fair as you can get. They do not rip you off! Kev is a top bloke as well, shares his knowledge if you have any queries. Had 4 new mid range tyres put on our 207 sport along with new brakes. Took about an hour in total and extremely happy with the service. This garage will be our regular spot.

I traded in my car and bought a car from JCT32 Autocentre a few weeks ago because the service I had been getting on servicing with my old car was exceptional . You don't find many garages with old fashioned values these days , and to find one that does , and that is a modern garage that can take on any kind of work is even harder to find. The owner and staff at this place can not do enough for you and they do it with polite professionalism and friendly manor .
As a result of this I didn't look anywhere else when I needed to change my car for a bigger one , in fact I kept looking until they had a car in stock that suited my needs. I know that if any faults develop they will deal with it and they supply a fantastic warranty for peace of mind . Wether you are looking to buy a car or have a repair or service carried out I would recommend visiting JCT 32 Autocentre to anyone and I'm sure like me you will stop going anywhere else .

Brought a car off these guys few weeks back. Had a few minor problems at first. Took it back they fixed it. Absolutely amazing customer service! Any problems these are the guys to go to! Nice range of different cars outside. Good affordable prices. Will definitely be coming back in the near future to look for another one!

Fantastic service. MOT booked in short notice, sorted any problems with no issues and for a great price. Would definitely use them again. Some lovely cars on the forecourt too will defo keep them in mind

Excellent car and customer service. Two new tyres in the last two months, one which I needed changing and they fitted me in at 5.15pm and one today with a nail in, repair done while we waited and a replacement ordered for Monday. Can not fault the service or the staff our new local auto centre for sure.

Thought we had a fuel leak, panicking, it was the closest place for us to get it checked over. We was seen to instantly, and the guy who looked at it was really helpful and thankfully it wasn't our car, but from a HGV which lost its fuel caking half of freeport! (Little did we know at time!) He didn't charge for his time either plus cleaned the car down, which was incredibly generous. We gave the lads an Xmas tip anyway - Highly recommend these guys.

Book our MOT absolutely amazing job they did.. they were quick and professional.. they even came and picked the car up from our house on the morning of the MOT. Would highly recommend.

Service is second to none. Booked an MOT for our 13 year old motor. The guys at jCT 32 sorted us out, offered us a lift back from the garage, kept us informed and got the job done. Unfortunately for us the car failed, but the team sorted out our failure points, gave us guidance on our advisories and did it all without breaking the bank. Rest assured you can trust their work.

I am a self employed courier I had a issue on Thursday van had broken down with starter motor booked into j32 said they could do it that day to help me out, which I really appreciated as they were busy, otherwise would have caused major problems without the van for deliveries on board hiring a vehicle etc, helped me few months previous with van had a fuel filter leak sorted it out straight away even though they were busy, can highly recommend them, reliable and always bend over backwards too accommodate you, friendly and knowledgeable staff, thanks for your prompt help

I came across JCT32 Autocentre, whilst searching for a well priced, reliable, nice car. JCT32 had a Mini for sale, which I had been wanting for a while. Since I approached them and bought the car, they’ve been nothing but helpful and honest. There’s not a question they don’t know the answer to and all the staff are genuinely nice people, who clearly want their customers to be happy. I cannot fault a single thing with them, from their customer service to advice and sincerity. I’ve continuously had excellent communication from them regarding the car, regardless of who I was communicating with. I will 100% be a returning customer, from now on, for services, MOT’s and anything else that comes along. I’ve recommended them to all my family and friends, as I truly believe they are one of very few car garages, who completely deserve the custom.

Broke down 3rd lane of the motorway in rush hour traffic coming home from work, got it going again and got it home. Managed to get the car towed to the garage the next morning, and the team were straight on it. Pete worked relentlessly to find out the issue with my car, and kept me in the loop all the time he had it. Once the issue was figured out the day after dropping it off, I got a fair price for parts and labour and the issue was fixed in less than a day. All the lads were nice and friendly and made me feel at ease- being a girl this is important for me in a garage! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs something doing, or even just a routine MOT and Service!

Car broke down Wednesday night ESP light on and brake lights stopped on,phoned the AA and he couldn't pin point the problem. Took it to JCT32 Thursday morning as I've dealt with them before and it only 50 yards from where I work. Phoned me Friday to say it was sorted, my clutch pedal had rubbed through the wiring under the dash.Excellent job and fast repair. WOULD RECOMMEND

can't fault this place, my car went in for the clutch doing and they kept me informed every step of the way, my car needed a few other things putting right but they didn't do anything without letting me know first, after getting poor repairs done from other garages in the area i wasn't used to honesty but this is a big plus point, they even had a mechanic go in at 5am to make sure i got my car back on the day they said I would, first class service and would defo recommend..i will defo be going back for all my repairs doing, great customer service

After learning of a potential major issue with my car, and gaining no assistance from the garage that sold me the vehicle I contacted JCT32. The service was second to none, the staff were amazing and they understood my situation and ensured the job was completed in only a few days.
I cant promote these guys enough, and I can guarantee that I will be using JCT32 for all my motoring needs moving forwards, whether it be for MOT, Service or purchasing my next car.

Broke down on M62 by Junction 32 a couple of days ago & my breakdown company StartRescue were not prepared to assist without charging a recovery fee as my cover had expired the day before and I had forgotten to renew it. So rang JCT32 Autocentre instead as they were the nearest garage and what brilliant service! Jon said he would be there in 20 mins which he was, and recovered our vehicle. When we got back to the garage the engine fault was diagnosed as terminal so Jon advised us of a local car hire centre and we were back on the road within the hour. No thanks to our breakdown company but I would not hesitate to recommend JCT32 Autocentre. Thanks guys!

I've used this company for many years for the servicing and annual MOT of my car I've always found them professional and helpful doing a brilliant job year on year. I have recently used them to buy a new car, again the service I've received was 1st clàss and my new car is perfect, will definitely be recommending them
